Tax session on R&D&I activities
On November 30 we attended the session on taxation in R & D, organized by the Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castilla y Leon at its facilities in Arroyo de la Encomienda.
During the conference we were able to get to know the novelties in tax matters that can be favored by companies that carry out R+D+i activities. The conference was divided into three blocks, tax deductions and subsidies for research staff, Legal Security in Tax Incentives for R&D&I Activities, Certification of R&D&I projects, the Binding Motivated Report and Patent Box reduction in taxable base for the transfer of intangible assets.
In Proint Projecten we inform and help our clients in the application of tax incentives through the tax deduction that can reach 42% of the R&D expenses and 12% of the innovation expenses incurred by carrying out R&D&I activities and in the bonus for research personnel of 40% over the Social Security quota.
