Valencian Innovation Agency Grants For 2020
The Valencian Innovation Agency (AVI) published on December 12th of 2019 a new aid call that will take place between January 27th and February 14th wth a total budget of 12.64 million euros. This call is composed by 6 programs with different goals and fields but with the common purpose of improving the innovation and bussiness scene within the Valencian Community. These are the programmes:
– Assessment and transfer of research results towards enterprises
The goal is to increase the transfer of R&D results generated by the research groups in universities and research institutions. It consists of a Line for the Assessment, transfer and explotation by enterprises of R&D results (€100,000 € for 2020) and another Line of Promotion of scientific units for the development of technologies and dissemination of knowledge towards enterprises (€100,000 for 2020).
– Talent Promotion
The programme is purposed to promote the integration of talent in enterprises through the incorporation of researchers or the introduction of cross-wide innovation factors. It's composed by a Line of Innovation Agents (€200,000 for 2020), a Line for the Incorporation of researchers and technologists in enterprises' innovation projects (€154,863 for 2021) and a Line of bussiness PhDs (€420,840 for 2021).
– Boost of Public Procurement of Innovative solutions (PPI)
The goal is to boost the Administration's capacity to mobilise innovation. It has a Line of Promotion for R&D projects aimed towards PPI (€104,701 for 2021) and another Line for the Push of demand of tenders for innovative products and services (€418,806 for 2021).
– Strategic Cooperation Projects
It supports the development of big R&D projects in cooperation between various agents as a way of developing complex solutions for problems of common concern. Projects must be classified in one of three lines: industrial research, experimental development or innovation in terms of processes, management and product. It'll have a budget of €100,000 for 2020.
– Strengthening of the Bussiness Value Chain
Aimed towards the development of solutions with weight on the bussiness value chain that present novelty in products, processes or management systems. Projects that apply to the programme must be classified in one of the following types: industrial research, experimental development or innovation in terms of processes, management and product. It'll have a budget of €940,238 for 2021.
– Supplementary actions for the promotion and strengthening of innovation
This programme will assign 519,000 euros to reinforce existing innovation support structures in the Valencian Community as well as to facilitate the dissemination of R&D and innovation between enterprises.
