Second innowwide call for vap projects is open

The 2nd INNOWWIDE call has opened on January 15th 2020 with a total budget of 4.2 million euros, destined to innovative european SMEs from any sector that are trying to start businesses outside Europe. The deadline to submit proposals closes on the 31st of March of 2020.

INNOWWIDE is a CSA funded by the European Commission that provides SMEs with access to international markets through the funding of viability studies or Viability assessment Projects (VAPs) in cooperation (via outsourcing) with local entities from third countries.

The goal is to create a set of conditions that allow innovative technologies created in Europe to be incorporated into international markets. Spanish SMEs with an economic activity that comes from technological development (or start-ups that expect to start that activity in the short run) may apply to the call.

Each approved VAP will receive a fixed grant amount of €60,000, representing a maximum of 70% of total eligible costs (staff, consumables, equipment, subcontracting, others) which must be a minimum of €86,000.
